Millie Bobby Brown is known for engaging in unique discussions, and her latest interview with a co-star highlighted her flair for intriguing topics.
The Stranger Things actress had a conversation with her Enola Holmes 3 colleague Louis Partridge during a promotional interview, which quickly deviated from standard interview questions.
Instead of focusing on their upcoming Netflix project, their dialogue touched on more profound subjects such as past lives, death, and the afterlife.
During a Capital Buzz interview, the actors spoke directly to each other, allowing the discussion to feel more relaxed and genuine than a typical media sit-down.

Brown explained she believes she has identified who she was in a past life, attributing it to a birthmark she has.
She described a mark near the base of her spine as evidence that she was once a soldier who met a grim fate during a war.
“Oh, I actually know exactly who I was,” she shared with Partridge. “I died… Basically, I have a birthmark [on] my lower back, the very bottom of my kind of spine, which is obviously meant to be the way that you died in your past life.”
Brown elaborated on how she thinks that death occurred, hypothesizing she was lethally stabbed through the spine with a sword.
“In war, some, well, I don’t know if this happened a lot or not, but… to kill people but make them have a painful death, they would put swords up people’s spines,” she explained.
“So they were completely paralyzed, but they would obviously kind of die, and that’s how I think I died. So I think I might have been a soldier.”

She further speculated about the gender identity of her past incarnation.
Brown declared she was “definitely a man,” adding humorously, “Hopefully a closeted gay man.”
However, Partridge remained skeptical. When Brown asked him about his belief in past lives, he simply stated, “No, I don’t believe in past lives.”
Brown didn’t press the issue further, concluding with, “Okay, well, that ends that then.”
This isn’t Brown’s first encounter with sword-related themes; she played a role in the 2024 Netflix movie Damsel, portraying a young woman offered to a dragon.
The dialogue extended beyond past life theories, as Partridge inquired about her beliefs on what transpires after death.
Brown’s response was straightforward, stating, “You go to heaven. That’s what I believe.”
