High-end wedding planner reveals invitation tactic Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce might have used to prevent a leak

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are said to be hosting the wedding of the year at Madison Square Garden, and a luxury wedding planner has divulged a secret detail that may have been used to prevent information leaks.

Fans of Taylor Swift are on edge as rumors swirl that their idol is marrying NFL star Travis Kelce today (July 3) in New York City.

This morning, a convoy of blacked-out vehicles was seen arriving at the massive venue, and over 1,000 guests are anticipated to attend the ceremony.

In midtown Manhattan, eleven streets have been closed due to the event, with continuous deliveries of flowers, food, and decorations being made to Madison Square Garden.

In an interview with UNILAD, a luxury wedding planner has shared insights into the complexity of organizing a celebrity wedding, while fans gather outside the venue hoping to catch a glimpse of the couple on their special day.

Renowned wedding planner Mark Niemierko mentioned: “I would expect device restrictions on site, decoy deliveries and dressed up trucks, watermarked or personalized invitations so any leak can be traced back to its source, and a very small circle of suppliers who actually know the full picture.”

“Most people working an event like this only ever see their own small piece of the puzzle. Nobody gets the whole picture except the couple and one or two trusted planners.”

Discussing when fans might get images or details of the day, he added: “Only when the couple decide to share them, if they ever do fully.”

“Fragments will keep surfacing from guests and locals in the days after, but anything definitive will most likely come from Taylor and Travis themselves, on their own terms, whenever that suits them.”

The event coincides with an unusual heatwave in New York City, with temperatures expected to hit 100.4F (38C) today (July 3) and throughout the weekend.

NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani had hinted multiple times that the wedding would take place in the city over the weekend during a press conference about the heatwave.

He advised: “My recommendation to all New Yorkers is to stay inside and stay cool.”

“And if you happen to be getting married at Madison Square Garden, you will be staying inside and you will be staying cool.”

According to Page Six, there were numerous sightings of food and ingredients being delivered to Madison Square Garden, offering fans a glimpse of the menu for the couple’s big day.

Guests seem to be in for a culinary treat as boxes containing lobster meat were seen being brought into the venue.

Swift and Kelce reportedly favor chicken, with several varieties such as breasts, legs, boneless, and blackened being labeled on the delivered boxes.

Additionally, thick-cut onion rings and French fries were seen, along with fresh produce like red and orange peppers and romaine lettuce, eggs, whole milk, and heavy whipping cream.

There was also a Krispy Kreme van spotted near MSG, though it’s uncertain whether the wedding attendees will enjoy an Original Glazed Dozen, as there is a donut store nearby.

A source with ‘direct knowledge’ informed TMZ that Swift ‘personally curated food stations’ for her wedding, featuring ‘specialty bites’ from some of her favorite spots.
