Nicole Kidman has given some insight into her current well-being amid the ongoing divorce from Keith Urban.
The actress, known for her roles in films like Eyes Wide Shut and Paddington, engaged in an open conversation with musician and actor Ariana Grande. Grande has recently been involved in the release of the sequel to Wicked, while Kidman shared that she had recently filmed a sequel to Practical Magic over the summer.
During their discussion for Interview Magazine, the two talked about various topics, including their star signs and current reading preferences. Kidman mentioned she is reading a thriller by Reese Witherspoon.
Despite the lighthearted nature of the conversation, Kidman made a notable comment at the beginning that hinted at her current emotional state.

Kidman has been navigating a challenging period following the announcement of her divorce from Keith Urban, with whom she has been married for nearly two decades. The divorce filing was made public on September 30.
In the interview with Grande, when asked about her well-being, Kidman replied: “Iām hanging in there.”
The divorce has attracted significant media attention, especially due to a detail about a ‘cocaine clause’ in their prenuptial agreement. This clause stipulated that Urban, who has a history of addiction, would receive $600,000 for each year of their marriage that he remained cocaine-free.
Over the course of their 19-year marriage, this amounted to just over $11 million.

Urban previously discussed an intervention Kidman staged just before their marriage, which was pivotal in his battle against addiction.
In a conversation with Oprah Winfrey in 2010, Urban expressed gratitude that Kidman chose to stay, saying: “I’m just so glad she didn’t, and she made a decision to turn around and initiate ultimately this intervention, and it was done in such a way that the love in that room at that moment was just right. I was like, ‘Put the cuffs on, let’s go’.”
He later acknowledged Kidman’s ongoing support during his journey through addiction, speaking at Kidman’s AFI Lifetime Achievement Award ceremony: “Four months into a marriage, and I’m in rehab for three months with no idea what was going to happen to us.
“Nic pushed through every negative voice ā I’m sure even some of her own ā and she chose love.”
