Trump asserts striking statement on foreign nations during extended July 4th address

Donald Trump delivered a speech on July 4th, highlighting 250 years of American independence and making bold statements that could lead to heated discussions.

The United States marked its 250th anniversary of independence, with Trump leading the celebration through his initiative, ‘Freedom250’.

Thousands gathered near the Lincoln Memorial and Potomac River to witness the event, which included a dazzling display of approximately 850,000 fireworks, as reported by France24.

In addition to the fireworks, Trump made a significant claim about the country’s position on the global stage and pointed out a ‘cancer’ he believes should be eradicated.

Despite starting his speech nearly two hours late due to disruptions from thunderstorms and intense heat, Trump expressed his view on America’s standing among nations.

It’s likely you can predict his declaration.

Standing before an audience of 150,000 at the National Mall, Trump stated: “For 250 years, the United States of America has been the hope, the promise, the light, and the glory among all of the nations of the world, all over the world.”

He further asserted that other countries aspire to emulate the US, stating: “They try and be like us. Nobody can be like us.”

“America will never be a communist country — won’t happen,” he added, labeling Communism as ‘a loser’.

He continued passionately: “Our warriors did not fight communism on battlefields across the world, only to have that menace rear its ugly head right back here in America. We’re not going to let it happen,” Trump continued.”

Trump’s extensive speech emphasized his strong opposition to Communism, describing it as a ‘cancer’ that must be excised swiftly.

Switching focus back to the United States, he elaborated on how socially advanced he views the nation compared to others.

He said, “Unlike so many others in the world, in this country we have freedom of speech, freedom of religion, equal justice under the law. Although I wasn’t treated that well, but we won’t get into that,” Trump noted.

Declaring optimism for America’s future, he stated: “This is only the dawn of the Golden Age of America, and on this 250th Fourth of July, we declare, just as they did two and a half centuries ago, that for our country, for our children, for the cause of liberty, we are going to take our country to new levels, to levels not reached.”

He concluded with a promise for growth, “We’re going to make it bigger, better, stronger, and we’re going to love it even more. And I just want to thank you … and I want to thank everybody, and we love you all, and it’s an honor to be your president.”
