Amy Schumer Mocks Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Over Wedding Snub, Sparking Old Feud

Amy Schumer seems to be a bit disappointed as she wasn’t on the guest list for the much-anticipated wedding…

If you’ve missed the news in recent days, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce exchanged vows on Friday, July 3, at Madison Square Garden in New York.

The event boasted a guest list filled with stars, including Gigi Hadid with Bradley Cooper, and renowned musician Ed Sheeran.

However, Amy Schumer was notably absent from this exclusive gathering.

Prior to the ceremony, which was officiated by Adam Sandler, invitees enjoyed a rehearsal dinner on Thursday. Meanwhile, Schumer appeared to be experiencing some FOMO.

On Instagram, the Snatched actress shared a photo of herself sporting an orange polka dot scarf, a straw sun hat, and a pink bum bag, capturing her playful spirit for the occasion.

Along with the image, she wrote: “Rehersal dinner was sick. Who know was she has planned for us tonight.”

Later, she humorously shared an image of herself with her Life & Beth co-star, Michael Cera, captioned: “Okay so why weren’t we allowed in?”

Her fans found the posts amusing, and it’s not the first time Schumer has humorously teased the “Love Story” artist.

Ten years ago, Schumer quipped about Swift’s 2016 Grammy’s ensemble by posting a bikini picture of herself alongside Swift’s orange and pink dress, remarking: “Taylor, that’s not a thigh gap. This is a thigh gap.”

Although she faced some criticism, her representative clarified to People: “[Amy] loves Taylor and was making a joke because [she] doesn’t have a thigh gap.”

Despite efforts to keep the wedding private, many fans and photographers gathered outside the venue.

The couple eventually confirmed their marriage at 7:30 p.m. ET, with pink digital screens announcing: “JUST&T MARRIED!”

An official statement on the Kelce Brothers’ X account, formerly Twitter, detailed the ceremony, highlighting Adam Sandler’s role as officiant and noting that Kelce’s brother, Jason, and Swift’s brother, Austin, had special roles.

While the wedding outfits remain under wraps, it’s known that they were crafted by Christian Dior Haute Couture with Jonathan Anderson’s input, tailored specifically for the couple.

Page Six reported significant food deliveries to Madison Square Garden for the occasion, hinting at a lavish menu for guests.

The deliveries included lobster meat, various chicken preparations, French fries, onion rings, fresh produce, eggs, milk, and cream.

A Krispy Kreme van was also seen at the venue, though it’s unknown if donuts were part of the celebration, given a nearby store.

A source informed TMZ that Swift curated the wedding’s culinary offerings, featuring favorites from her cherished eateries.
