Mila Kunis recently shared the important principle she and her husband, Ashton Kutcher, adhere to in order to be effective parents.
Parenthood presents challenges, and juggling the demands of career and family can be tough, even for those in the spotlight.
Actress Mila Kunis, 42, has highlighted a vital guideline she and actor Ashton Kutcher, 47, follow for the well-being of their children.
Both have been involved in film and television projects long before the arrival of their children, Wyatt, 11, and Dimitri, eight, necessitating some lifestyle adjustments over time.
During an interview with Extra last week, Kunis revealed: “Ash and I never work at the same time.”

“Neither one of us works, when the kids are in school, out of town.”
However, Kunis pointed out that there are exceptions to this rule. The one-film-a-year policy is flexible if the filming doesn’t require her to travel far from home.
She continued: “If it shoots in L.A. — my next project is shooting in L.A. in January — so I’ll do that.”
“Then the project after that shoots in the summer, outside in a different country.”
Despite both Kunis and Kutcher maintaining acting careers, they strive to be present for their children.
Kunis also expressed her awareness of her fortunate position, which allows her to choose projects carefully.
She remarked: “We tag team in and out, but neither one of us is ever absent.”
“It’s a luxury, and I’m really fortunate. So I don’t take that for granted either.”

Kunis also shared her gratitude for her family life, which she has enjoyed with Kutcher for more than ten years, since their marriage in 2015.
Kutcher has also spoken about his appreciation for his life, telling E! News that his ‘dream role’ is being a father and husband.
The 47-year-old told the outlet: “My life is so good.”
“I love spending time with my kids. I love my wife so much. I’m the most fortunate human being that I know, and I could take all my problems, put them in the middle of the room with everybody else on the planet’s problems, and I’d go get mine back because I love my problems and I love my joys.”
“I wouldn’t give it up for a minute.”
